AWA has further reduced its Principal & Interest Owner Occupied Mortgage Loan rate by 0.21% effective 1 August 2019. Since July 2019 we have reduced our Principal & Interest Owner Occupied Mortgage Loan rate by 0.46%, this is more than all 4 major banks.

If you have loans elsewhere we encourage you to look under the hood of your current provider and do your own financial service by checking out their comparison rate. A comparison rate is a rate that helps you work out the true cost of a loan by including the interest rate plus known fees and charges relating to a loan.

The Comparison Rate for all AWA loans is equivalent to the advertised rate, that’s because we have no mortgage loan establishment or on-going fees.

Our investment rates have also decreased significantly.
